Installation Steps Of Soap Dispensers

1. Choose the proper position, we could use the percussion drill to drill the bottom hole on the wall, then put the rubber plug in, then we could use the screw to fix the base to the wall.
2. Use the screw to fix the control box to the base, then we could put the soap dispenser to the base. P.S. Please confirm the vertical distance from mouth of touchless soap dispenser to bottom of the metal base in avoid of liquid leakage.
3. Choose the proper position on the table, drill about 25mm diameter round hole, then put the faucet into it and screw down with the screw. Take note of the distance between touchless soap dispenser and faucets in avoid of accidents, related distance between the center of round hole and sinks, that could confirm the residual of soap dispenser to the bathroom sink.
4. Put the clamp into the pipe of soap dispensers, then we can connect it to the pipe of faucets by the connector, at last we can clamp it down with the pincer.
5. Connect the gear pump motor wire, induction wire and power line to the control box according to the sketch map, when connecting the induction wire, fix it down by screw.
6. Check the power supply on or not, please plug the adapter plug into the power socket completely.
7. Please check if the liquid soap pipe is connected or not, then fix it down.
8. Please check if the gear pump motor wire and sensor wire is connected or not, then fix it down.

Soap Dispenser’s Installation Notes

If you choose the free standing soap dispenser, then we don’t need to consider the installation problem, it is okay to place it conveniently. In general we could place it beside the faucets on the table.

If it is soap dispenser for sink, then you need to ask for the professional installation master, since besides the liquid outlet, we need to design the water outlet port. If it is wall mount soap dispenser, and we only need to install it all by ourselves, but we need to care about the installation methods.

• Choose the proper installation position, in order to use it conveniently, the wall mount soap dispenser had better not be too far away from the wash basin. The best position is around 12 inch above the wash basin left and right. If there is towel on the table, we could move the soap dispenser away from two sides in avoid of the crowd.
• Since it is wall mounted installation type, so we need to drill the hole on the wall, we have to confirm the hole position after selecting the position, to avoid causing big damage to the wall. In order to increase the fixed effect, we have to install the rubber plug when installing screws, then could prevent the wall residue from falling down and no longer expand.
• If you install the automatic soap dispenser, we had better check if the motor wire and induction cable connected or not, fixed or not. In avoid of the water around the power plug, that could keep the safety accidents away.
