Installation Methods for Wall Sconces

Wall sconces can be decorative, usually they are installed on the indoor wall for auxiliary lighting. About how to install the wall sconces, we must first confirm the height. The installation height of the wall sconce is generally slightly higher than the eye level, it is about 1.8 meters. The height of the wall sconce is generally 1440~1850mm from the ground, it is about 2240~2650mm from the ground. However, the wall sconce of the bedroom can be closer to the ground, it is about 1400mm~1700mm. The distance from the wall sconce to the wall can be closer, generally between 95mm and 400mm.

 

First, make the mark according to holes on the base of wall sconces. Second, use the electric tool to drill holes on the marked points, in order not to destroy the electric wire and you need to be care of knowing the wiring layout diagram and the depth of holes.

 

Third, install the expansion screw after drilling holes, we could insert the expansion screw into the holes, then use hammer or other tool to push the expansion screw into the inside of wall completely.

 

Fourth, let wood screw go through the base of wall sconces, then fix it in the expansion screw, we could fix the screw one by one, that could avoid the excursion.

 

Fifth, use the screw to connect the hanging panel with base, then use the screw to fix the ceiling base. At last, power off and connect the electric wire with power line, then install the light bulb, that is finished.
