*The installation hole of the shower faucet body is 15-18cm, usually the overall height is 90-130cm. Please calculate the installation height before purchase (the distance between the water outlet hole and the ground is 90-120cm). In order to prevent from the product unusable due to low installation height (such as the install above the bathtub), we suggest that you can buy the 30-40cm extension tube.

Adjustable Hole Distance

The default installation hole distance for hot and cold water is 15cm (5.9"),

and the adjustable hole distance is 13 - 17 cm (5.1 - 6.7"). 

At the same time, we are equipped with a 3/8" standard screw adapter.

Q: If water coming out from my three handle shower faucet is reduced, how to fix it?

A:1. Tear the shower head down, check if the flow of shower arm is increased or not, if increased, please clean or change the spray. If the problem still exists, please replace the spray and turn to step 2.

2.Confirm the faucet water supply closed.

3.Replace the shower splitter. If the flow problem still exists, please turn to step 4.

4.Replace aerator.

Q: Why does water come out from my shower head and bathtub spout at the same time?

A: 1. Valve can be installed upside down.

2.Pressure of inlet water is very high.

3.Small size pipe of bathtub spout drops.

Q: Why could I only get cold or hot water from single handle balanced bathtub and shower faucets?

A: 1. Confirm the integral stop dog open completely. If the problem still exists, please turn to step2.

2.Confirm water supply of faucet closed.

3.Clean or replace integral stop. If the problem still exists, please turn to step 4.

4.Check or replace pressure balancer. If the problem still exists, please turn to step 5.

5.Check or replace the valve.

Q: What tools do I need to install a faucet?
